Always verify that the provider you choose is participating in our network before you receive services. While it is our goal to provide accurate information, our provider network is subject to change without notice. Providers in all areas of our service region are included in the provider search. Please be sure to select the correct product (PPO, etc.) when beginning the provider search.

Extended Provider Network

PPO, Carelink Select and CMR members now have access to an extended network of participating providers in the following geographic regions: Central Illinois, Northern Illinois, Western Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma and Western Tennessee. Select Enter Provider Search above, choose the type of provider, then the product (PPO, Carelink Select or CMR) to locate additional providers in these areas.

Out-of-Area Providers: PPO Members

PPO members who have an out-of-area plan and live outside our service area use the Coventry Health Care National Network. Please click on the link below to search for a provider. After choosing your desired provider type, please select Coventry National Network from the drop-down menu.

With the Passport Program, members who have dependents who are enrolled in one of our Coventry plans and attend school outside our service area will receive out-of-area coverage at an in-network level by utilizing a Coventry National Network provider. Services must be obtained from providers that are in the Coventry Health Care National Network or our PPO Network. Please review our Passport Flyer for important eligibility information.

Out-of-Area Providers for Urgent or Emergency Care

Coventry Health Care National Network providers are available when you need urgent or emergency care outside the service area.

MHNet Behavioral Health

MHNet refers you to qualified, credentialed behavioral health providers who possess the specialty and expertise needed to help you. A physician referral is not needed but an authorization from MHNet to seek treatment is required. MHNet representatives are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to refer you to an In-Network provider. Members or Providers can contact MHNet directly for an authorization at 1.877.227.3520.
