Need to find a provider quickly? Our online provider search gives you flexibility in a simple format. We update the online search weekly. Just click below on the provider search link in the blue box.
Always verify that the provider you choose is participating in our network before you receive services. While it is our goal to provide accurate information, our provider network is subject to change without notice. Providers in all areas of our service region are included in the provider search. Please be sure to select the correct product (PPO, etc.) when beginning the provider search.

Coventry National Network Provider Search
All fully insured, group PPO, and Select network members will have access to an expanded list of Coventry National Network (CNN) providers beginning with their employer's 2013 health insurance renewal date. To learn more about how to look up a CNN network provider, click here.
Locating Out-of-Area Providers
Coventry Health Care National Network providers are available when you need urgent or emergency care outside the service area. PPO or Passport members who have an out-of-area plan and live outside our service area also utilize the Coventry Health Care National Network.
To find a Coventry Health Care National Network provider, enter the provider search above and select Coventry National Network from the network listing.

MHNet Behavioral Health Providers
MHNet refers you to qualified, credentialed behavioral health providers who possess the specialty and expertise needed to help you. A physician referral is not needed but an authorization from MHNet to seek treatment is required. MHNet representatives are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to refer you to an in-network provider. Mercy Co-Workers
- To access your highest level of benefits, click here to enter the Provide Search and select the tier 1 network shown on your ID card. Providers in all areas of our service region are included in the provider search. Mercy has two networks to choose from, Mercy Advantage and Coventry. You will pay the lowest copays, deductible and co-insurance when you use a Mercy Advantage network provider. You can also select a provider from the Coventry network and receive in-network benefits but you will pay higher copays, deductible and co-insurance.
